How do I raise a support request or report a bug?

In the event you need support with a Cudo software issue please check first the Discourse platform topics for posts that might be covering the issue experienced.

If such posts do not exist, please visit our communities on Discord and Telegram. Here you will be able to get in contact with our ambassadors for solving the issue or escalate internally to Cudo.

For suggestions on hardware setup, worker configurations, profitability and other advice regarding mining crypto, please check the topics on the platform.

Premium support is available for users on Platinum tier and above and can be accessed via the Console support dropdown. If the feature is not available, but you are a Platinum tier user, please contact an ambassador and they will escalate this incident internally.
